1st: Send us a list of the models you wish to sell/trade along with detailed pictures to abraham.nord@fatogremini.com. Please note any missing/broken pieces. 2nd: We determine which models we are interested in and how much we can give you in cash or trade. $1 Cash equals $1.25 Store Credit(trade). You can combine the two however you like to reach the total we offered to you. For Example: An offer of $200 for your models is worth $200 in cash, $250 in store credit or any combination there of. 3rd: If you agree to our offer, send your models to us with delivery confirmation. After we receive them and everything is present as stated, we will send you the payment/models you wish to trade for. - Can I return any models I've received if I no longer want them?
Yes, if you are not completely satisfied with any part of your order, return it within one week for a full refund no questions asked. (excluding shipping and handling) Note: we only ask that you return all the models/bits that were part of that item. For example: if you bought an item that was a group of 10 Space Marines and didn't like 2 of them, please return all 10 Space Marines not just the 2 you didn't like. - How much will it cost to have you strip a painted model I wish to purchase?
2$ Per troop/cavalry model and 5$ per vehicle/ monstrous creature. Just purchase the items you like, then send an email stating which models you want stripped and I will send a separate invoice through paypal for stripping the painted model(s). We will also reprime the models black or white if you would like at no charge. - Can I send my own Warhammer/40K models to be commission painted instead of purchasing them on your site?
Yes, we will paint any models you want to send us. If your models are already painted we will strip the paint using a method that will not ruin any of the detail before painting them. Alternately, we can add detail/shading/highlighting etc. to your current paint scheme if you would like. We will not re-assemble or convert your models unless specifically requested. - My Canadian Postal Code could not be found when I tried to sign up and create an account?
The State Section must be entered as the two letter abbreviation of the province. For example: enter "QC" not "Quebec" in the State Section, "ON" not "Ontario", "AB" not "Alberta" etc. - How can I view the status of my order?
In our ProStore, click on the "Customer Service" link at the bottom of the page. Then enter the order confirmation number in the space provided. Alternately, you can click on the "Account History" link on the "Customer Service" page. log in and all your previous orders will be shown which you can click on and view. - I can't see how much shipping and handling is?
The shipping cost is calculated and shown during checkout, after your payment method is selected and before you confirm the order.
